Committee Roles & Responsibilities
If you are unsure of the various committee roles we have listed them below.
Vice Chairman
Providing stewarding packs for all meets detailing prices for landowners, VAT and Club.
Updating the Club Database.
Keep record of members attendance on inhouse database.
Stand in on the Chairpersons absence.
Treasurer
Maintaining accurate accounts of incomings and outgoings.
Balance of accounts every quarter.
Secretary
Consult with the chairperson and all other officers to prepare meeting Agenda, produce and Issue minutes of meetings.
Email minutes to BCC.
Maintain correspondence log of Actions.
Receiving emails from BCC Secretaries which need to be dealt with either forward, archive or put on the Agenda for the next committee meeting.
Charity Co-ordinator
Ordering the replenishment of stock.
Making Regalia packs available at THS meets.
Keeping record of stock.
Availability to take orders and arrange delivery.
Sites Officer
Arranging sites for future meets.
Booking and arranging payments terms with the landowners.
Updating the club database and liaising with the Webmaster.
Maintaining our sites lists.
Catering Officer
Providing and presenting food at the AGM, Easter and any other special events.
steward Liaison officer
Maintain the music equipment keep it up to date.
Attending our Winter Social meets in liaison with the Social Secretary.
Being available at our special meets for entertainment.
Webmaster
Maintain the website is always up to date

Providing Quizzes / Games for our Winter Meet Socials.
Ordering entertainment for THS Special meets.
Helping with entertainment at our special meets.
